Challenge: increase CTR and visibility during the peak season

Tuinmeubelshop is a fast-growing retailer with a strong omnichannel presence. Every spring, as the outdoor season kicks off, the company experiences a significant spike in search volume and great competition in Google Shopping ads.

However, the standard product titles (automatically generated by their e-commerce platform) had a poor quality and were not properly aligned with the search behaviour. As a result, many products were not being shown, leading to lower visibility and reduced click-through rates (CTR).
