I bought a product through your website. Who do I contact about delivery or returns?

Producthero doesn’t sell products directly. We’re a price comparison site that helps you find the best deals from various webshops. If you made a purchase, please contact the webshop where you placed the order. They’ll be able to help you with delivery, returns, or any customer service questions.

Will Producthero manage my campaigns for me?

No, Producthero is a self-service platform, which means you stay in full control of your product data and campaigns. We don’t manage feeds or run campaigns for you, but if you need help using our tools or need help with Merchant Center/Google ads related issues, our team is here to support you.

Does Producthero replace my Google Ads or Merchant Center account?

No, Producthero works alongside your existing Google Ads and Merchant Center accounts. To benefit from the 25% CSS bidding advantage and our optimization tools, you’ll still need to manage your campaigns in Google Ads and have a product feed set up in Merchant Center.

Can I use Producthero in countries where the CSS program is not active?

Yes! While the 25% bidding advantage only applies in 21 EU countries, you can still use the Producthero platform. No matter where you advertise, you can still use our tools to improve and optimize your Shopping campaigns.

What kind of support does Producthero offer?

Producthero is a self-service platform, but our team is happy to help with setting up your account, using our tools, campaign strategy, or resolving issues in your Merchant Center. If something needs extra attention, we can also escalate it through our premium support with Google.
